regarding redesigns of my adopts, customs, and general designs, they are allowed! however, you must keep the original design somewhere in the character's profile and design credits to me.
regarding art made of my adopts, customs, and general designs, nsfw/kink art is allowed for humanoids and anthros, not any ferals. gore is allowed for all designs. do not use my designs to promote hate or bigotry in any way.
regarding commercial usage of my adopts, customs, and general designs, you may use them in webcomics, video games, ect. with proper credit in place. however, i ask that you do not sell merchandise of my designs without first consulting me.
note that i hold the right to refuse a commission for any reason, revoke a design for any reason, raise prices for more complex designs, and use a commission for example usage. you may not take credit for my work or repost to social media without explicit permission. art used as any icon must be visibly credited.
regarding resale of my adopts, customs, and general designs, you may only resell my designs for the original price unless more art is added. personal art does increase value, but only at a reasonable price (i.e., a sketch adding $50 to the price is not reasonable).
by commissioning or buying from me, you agree and understand that refunds are not permitted after the sketch is finished and payment is to be upfront in full through paypal, cashapp, or venmo. you also understand that if any terms are broken, i hold the right to blacklist you from both adopts and commissions of mine.
